Beautiful building! Arrival was quick and friendly. Elevators are quick to arrive and moved at a good pace. Enjoyed the complimentary lemony ice water near the elevators, too. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Only downsides were that the bathroom door was difficult to open from the inside, and the intermittent sound of the AC vent moving back and forth became a nuisance when trying to sleep. (Ear plugs fixed the second issue). If you’re sensitive to mechanical sounds, something to consider. A loud group of people were entering/exiting their room while shouting jovially at each other for more than 10 minutes around midnight. I’m glad they were having a good time so I didn’t call downstairs, but it was just really startling for a Tuesday night. Almost every staff person we encountered was above and beyond courteous, professional, and friendly.

I would like to speak to some one maybe partial refund The hotel was beautiful. The restaurant star lounge was amazing but the hotel TV didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work. The king size bed seemed a bit small for her to be a king size did I did measure it and it to me it seemed a little on the small side, I don’t know how they consider that a king maybe a queen

We booked a suite as we were 3 adults. Apparently jamming a couch into the room with just two queen beds makes a hotel room a “suite”. Expedia advertised that the suite would have separate rooms, a kitchen and pull out sofa. Not our room and there was nothing else available.

Fantastic greeting and check in upon arrival. Room was clean, fresh, spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the complimentary breakfast, potatoes were burnt and eggs were very dry. Not the standard you’d expect from a Hyatt.
