Amazing Price & Amazing Room, but no cookwear?
We loved the room and hotel. The staff was super helpful with any questions we had. We had a very modern and nice room for a really good price! The room had a new house smell to it that made us feel like we just moved in to a house of our own. The bathroom was delightful and we loved the light around the mirror. We weren’t a fan of the shower head but that was just our person preference, nothing wrong with it, worked great! Our only complaint is about the kitchen. The appliances and everything was clean and amazing however the only utensils/cookwear was two small cups that were different shapes? As if two previous guests may have bought them from a thrift store and left them. We did ask the front desk if there was any plates or something we could get for the kitchen and were told that at best we could get some plastic utensils. All in all we had an amazing stay and loved the place but hope next time there is some sort of cookware so we can properly use the kitchen. 9.5/10 Will stay again!

Staff don't communicate well amongst each other, I did a late check out from 12 noon to 2pm for $25, and 2 different housekeeping personnel knocked on my door to ask what time I'm checking out.

Everything was very nice - clean, comfortable & friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the breakfast food items were dry & cool. The donut holes didn’t seem fresh- very dry & the eggs were very dry & cool along with the other cooked items.

Shuttle Service Sucks
The shuttle pickup process was terrible as the driver was 45 minutes late picking us up and made excuses that the Traffic was “Bad” but there was no traffic the time we called for pickup. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Airport! Don’t use there shuttle service unless you want to be the next guy writing the same review!!
