Hotel old inside . Ceiling was old and the squares were were popped out…also house keeepers were only cleaning what’s was being seen when walking in. There were towels hung up beside shower under hand towel there is was a pubic hair curly blond..gross.

Hotel room was a little dated, but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon checking in and checking out. My daughter and I were in town for a concert at Golden 1 Center and the proximity was exactly what I wanted. A 4 minute walk to the venue can’t be beat. I would stay here again if I come back for another event at the Golden 1.

If you are there for a concert at the arena next door - come prepared to wait in long lines for check-in, elevators, etc. The hotel seemed understaffed to handle the crowd. The convenience of the location was great, but the room was gross. Soaking wet carpet and blood on the comforter. Called to get another comforter and never received it

Great location, but no frills outdated hotel
Staff were so pleasant checking in a large amount of guest, there was a long line and they did great. Hotel and rooms are very outdated. Bed was uncomfortable and felt very cheap. Awesome location, we could walk to Golden 1, dining and shopping.

I wasn’t super impressed. Our room had torn curtains and hair on the furniture. Everything was a little rundown. Our room was non-smoking, but smell like cigarettes. On the other hand. The staff were very polite and it was a great location.

Clean & convenient place for Concert
Check in was easy & painless. We were there for a concert at the Golden 1 & you cannot ask for an easier hotel to access the venue, it was literally a 3 minute walk. There is a parking garage right there. The room was an ordinary room, clean but you can hear everything around you. The fridge in our room, the door would not close because the ice had built up so much, no idea why they have not defrosted that & fixed it, super easy to do. Wish there was a fan in the bathroom but other than these few things it was a super convenient place to stay for what we were there for, it's just a short walk to old Sacramento which we did not go too but looked awesome.
