Good stay. 2nd visit to this hotel in 2 years

The bed was very uncomfortable for some reason. The first time we stayed it was wonderful. The pillows were also terrible so we had to go buy some, but im allergic to down so i couldn't use the two soft ones doe that reason. Our room needed a few things like tissue paper, water and a thing for the door so people didnt come in when we didnt want them to. The people are wonderful and its super clean. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

I had a one night stay at this hotel after being in the area due to my daughter being in the hospital nearby. I arrived around 8 PM and found the bed in the room I was assigned to be dirty. The pillows smelled of old hair and sweat and there was fresh stains/some unknown substance on the fitted sheets.
