It was a continental breakfast… it was a breakfast sandwich frozen needed to be cooked, orange frozen fruit cup frozen yogurt frozen…. Bathroom had broken fan… it very clean…. They don’t take early entrance into the hotel. You have to wait till 2:30 in the afternoon or otherwise pay more money.

I booked this hotel because of the location, the price, and it had a swimming pool. Upon arrival I went to the pool and it was filthy… Algae throughout the pool. I complained to the manager… And told him I’d be leaving the next morning and I expected a refund for the following two nights. They said I’d have to talk to the general manager the next morning… She said they have a no refund policy. I said I wanted it and needed a swimming pool. She said too bad… Poor attitude.

It was nice that it was newly renovated and very spacious, but we had some very noisy guests next to us that were up all night talking and pounding on doors!! the bathtub is definitely safety hazard to have to step down into.

TV was NOT working n EVERY tymes I go there EVEN turn it back on with ..no signal .And Accusing me over with towels damaged as I reported in jus now about the bath tub was very slippery as no bath tub safety in the bathtub so I use the towel on the bathtub to prevent slippery while I took a 🚿 shower . I felt this becoming problems with ...NO TV ON . Any other room ..They do NOT inspect it properly. EVEN the remote control is weak n Try the TV ( alone ) to push button n still don't work . It's too ridiculous.( NOT ) a good remote control at all. Jus a cheap low rate of motel room .

First off, every staff member I interacted with at Heritage Inn, was amazing! They were super friendly, helpful and attentive. Even though I did not bring our sweet dogg-o this trip, I love that they have rooms that are dog-friendly. The exterior and landscaping could use some updating, but the interior of our room was clean, with new flooring & fresh paint, albiet sparsely decorated. We had a microwave, fridge, small table with two chairs and view of the pool. There was a sliding glass door to the pool courtyard.
