The place needs new management
The hotel was dirty with old furniture. The hallways are dirty, and the carpet hasn't been washed in months or years. The furniture by the pool is old and broken. The pool needs some cleaning. The breakfast was the worst. Continental breakfast style (but the waitress had to serve you the food). You couldn't serve yourself sausage, eggs, or potatoes. The milk was expired. The items in the fridge (juice, yogurt and milk) were room temperature. The only decent thing was the waffle (but you have to wait in line cause they only have one waffle maker). The eggs were dry and tasted horrible. The sausage and potatoes were overcooked. I don't know if the "waitress/server" was also the cook/housekeeper/busser, but they need someone who knows how to cook.

Decent Hotel ! Not as nice as the pictures ! Most of the people/employees behind the check in desk were nice and friendly. ( except the ine lady that seemed always grumpy and inconvenienced by people asking questions ) Definitely needs some updates and modernization but it’s not so bad. - it’s in a nice quiet area. Third floor is great. No guests above. My room was at the end of the hallway on the corner. A little outdated here and there but overall is ok. Hallway was always in need of vacuuming for the whole week that i stayed there. Has some issues that need to be addressed; ( door wouldnt lock with the dead bolt but that inside latch worked and kept the door locked/secure )( opening in the door jamb and lock wasnt lining up and matching. The AC/Heater unit was fairly new and quiet and worked great. The breakfast was good; waffles, coffee, juice, muffins, bagels, toast and a few other items that were behind some tables that you had to ask one of the staff to give you … omelet, potato wedges, tater tots, salami slices …. not all of these available every morning but i guess they were rotating the offers for each morning. ((( this was the weird part, that you had to ask someone dor what you wanted…. the lady was kind of snappy with some guests ….and always on her phone….. i guess this is one way to keep costs down ))) I will look for something different next time, but it was ok for price and not too far from Sacramento where i had some meetings.

No Parking & Bad Smelling Room.
Terrible. No parking. Room smelled musty with a strange odor. Was told by the service desk to park down the street or in a handicapped parking stall as there is always minimal parking. This was a large facility hotel with 3 floors of rooms. They only had about 30 parking spaces and 6 people took 2 parking spaces. Nothing on the website regarding this issue. I parked in handicapped and was not pleased in doing that at all.

The room was not what we booked on Hotels.com but hotel was full due to a Regatta in the area so we didn’t complain. The full bed which should have been a queen was very uncomfortable. Took several rings of the bell to get anyone to help at the front desk.

There was remodeling or updating rooms, unfortunate that our room had only had bathroom done. The so called kitchen or furniture was on it's last life. It did have a nice breakfast every day. Changed every day,.
