It’s above average
I’m getting old, as nothing but coffee cups in the room. Plastic cups you can obtain from the lobby. Daily room service is only available upon request, but the bed and pillows were comfy, room was clean, and breakfast was above average. We’ll stay there again.

How Hilton would even have their name associated with such an outdated property will make me think twice about booking my stays with Hilton. Very outdated & elevator sounds like it’s on its last leg, rooms have a small with signs of visible damage, bed semi hard not even convinced the linen was clean, it’s honestly gross not even sure how they are still in business.

It was very convenient to Elk Grove and various wineries. The complimentary breakfast was mixed. Almost every day, the Dark coffee ran out. Frequently one had to ask for other things that ran out, eg waffle batter, bagels, cream cheese (which wasn't even in stock one morning), refill of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes.

Nothing super fancy but it was clean and comfortable. Best thing was the free breakfast. Many choices for many tastes. Great coffee, yummy oatmeal. The staff were all friendly and smiled. What I didn’t like was trying to get directions over the phone. Not a single scrap of paper or pen/pencil. I think this is the first hotel I've stayed at that didn't have a small pad of paper or pen/pencil.

The front desk was very friendly and inviting. We went as a family and would definitely stay again. I was skeptic with the reviews but am happy to say it was a great stay. I think the standards are just very high for the name, but in no way was disappointed!
