The key card did not work, so I had to return to lobby and carry all my stuff back downstairs. The staff was pleasant, but frustrating after long day to have it fail. She changed my room, and I saw her trying to get key card to work, something wrong with door = unrentable room! Breakfast was limited due to bus loads of college students. Not hotel's fault, high demand. I've stayed here before, this was a one-off.

The check in experience was good. There was a young Asian woman that was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed a quick breakfast to start my day. There were nice options for breakfast. The check out experience was just okay. The other person didn’t ask about my stay and wasn’t as personable as the young Asian woman who checked me in.
