Staff was very nice and room was nice and clean. But we were not happy with having to pay for parking. That should have been part of the price of the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I have had bronchitis and just drove 12 hours. I am very tired and not thinking well plus have a lot of stress lately. I explained I had my service dog with me and she responded, "what service does your dog provide"? In WA no one may ask why you have a service animal or to provide proof. I was a little surprised she asked and I responded (not in a rude tone but because I wasn't understanding why she asked) "I don't think you are allowed to ask me that". She said, "yes I am. If you have a service dog you have to tell me the service it performs". I said in WA you are not permitted to ask. She said, you are not in WA-you are in the state of CA and I am allowed to ask and if you had a service dog you would be able to answer the question. Again, I was still not thinking straight and said, "my anxiety"...She smirked and whipped out a pet agreement. I stood and looked at the paper for a few minutes not really understanding what was going on and signed it. Then she just took it and said here are your two key cards. She was so rude in her manners, words and actions. Employee's like this make customers want to NEVER return. I know I have lots of other places to choose from. I happen to be a disabled individual and carry epi pens and my dog helps not only as a service animal for this, he is ALSO an assistant animal for my anxiety. I do not do well in situations where people are combative and treat me like I am a criminal. She is RUDE!!!
