Good ppl, but strict rules in a bad area.

I like the staff, reasonable price, although it seems to have gone up after they removed the swimming pool. 3 stsrs bc of the strict rules of no visitors, my child's mother wasn't allowed to visit, I opted to just leave the kids with their grandparents was a few skechy ppl at the end of the bldg in a room which woyld come out every time z I CAME OR WENT, THDY ALSO SNOOPED AROUND PARKING LOT, SOME WANDERERS IN AREA...GOOD THEY HAVE CAMERAS..AND IT IS NEXT TO HWY PATROL...PARKING IS LIMITED AND TIGHT...IT'S CLOSE TO FAMILY WHICH IS WHY I USUALLY CHOOSE IT BUT, MAY NOT BE WORTH IT AT THE END OF THE DAY FOR VISITING WITH FAMILY...I GUESS ILL STAY AT A BIGGER ONE FURTHER AWAY NEXT TIME. TOO BAD BC THIS USED TO BE MY GO TO WHEN I GOT OFF THE ROAD TO SEE MY KIDS.

Good value for a stay in Sacramento, close to Highway 99, but quiet, safe and very clean. Staff was very friendly, and grounds were immaculate, which made me feel the property is well-managed.
