Comfortable for a short stay
Best location but unfortunately the hotel was very outdated. We stayed in a room with a pool view which had a litte courtyard. The tv was too small for the room size and the decor was really out of date.
Loved our room, King room beachfront, have stayed in before, excellent room. Really friendly reception, thanks Kate & hotel meals, dining area really lovely 👍We’ll be back
We stayed for a night to visit the hot springs. The hotel’s lovely driver Graham drove us there and picked us up - avoided the need for taxis or Ubers. Highly recommend!
Excellent property, very close to many dining options and fantastic view of the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more. Special mention to the front desk staff Louise. She made our stay that extra special with her friendly, smiling attitude and amazing recommendations. Would love to go and stay there again.
There was a mix up and some confusion with the booking date. Louise at reception was exceptionally friendly and resolved the issue by upgrading us to another available room on short notice. I received a call from a person from the hotel after checkout — not particularly phone friendly — demanding my credit card to make another payment. I would recommend this person is trained in being more approachable and clearer on the phone. The booking date was amended with the booking agency and the problem was overall resolved. In a side note, the room also had a damp carpet smell and the bathroom fan did not work. Maybe the smell and the fan are correlated. I recommend the room is aired out and debumidified before new guests go in the room. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
