Left a soda bottle close to the bed unopened and aunts insfested the whole area another thing the smell in the elevatir ended up giving me a very bad migrane frint he smell of burnt rubber. Other than that the stay was quiet and the staff was very nice. Very nice pool and jucuzzi

Facility was great and most of the staff was very helpful. I did request upon check in for a crib (@ aproxx 4pm) and was advised he'd have to go get it and if would be a minute. He never brought it to me and never communicated with me why not.

Room was clean. Pillow small. Bed hard. Very noisy and came under door. Lots of smoking going on outside. And smell of weed was in hallways. Staff nice but maids could not speak English. No Placard on one of our rooms so maids kept knocking. And no tissue or shampoo etc in one of our 3 rooms. No book of menus for nearby places to eat which would be nice and usual for rooms

No complaints until leaving. My mom left her Kindle in the room, it was not discovered until we were a few hours down the road. I called the hotel immediately, was told by the gentleman at the front desk that he did not know where the housekeepers would have put it but someone would call. I explained how important it was to my mother and that my husband was still in town and could come by and pick it up. Sveral hours went by with no return phone call so my husband went up there. Still told housekeepers were gone until the next day and not sure where they would have put it. After waiting for a call for 24 hours we called back, were told the same thing, got a return call stating nothing was left in the room or turned in. Sadly that was the last place we were, she had it right before we left. Its sad people cant be honest and take things that are not their's. We were just left with a SORRY.

Check in was fast and easy, walked to dinner at Old South Restaurant and it was very good. Soaked in the hot tub before bed which was nice-beds were comfy and room was clean.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was wonderful. Clean and tidy. Very roomy. My only complaint was that the pool could use a really good scrub and clean. Otherwise, it was amazing!

Doorways were a bit narrow making w/c movement a bit challenging! The linens for the pull out couch were stained and had dog hair on them. This was a bit disgusting. We were able to get clean ones to change it. Otherwise comfortable bed.
