Hotel parking was great but could do with a little more lighting. The staff were lovely and the room was a bit tired-looking but lovely and quiet with great amenities. Breakfast options were really good, although could have done with more staff on the morning we were there. My only real complaint was with the comfort levels of the pillows and mattresses, in my opinion, they weren't very comfortable and up to IHG standards.

Excellent value for money, use of the gym, pool and sauna was a lovely bonus. Courteous and helpful staff. Meal deals were good value and food quality was good. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

not a pleasant stay
heard snoring from the adjacent room as there is no adequate acoustic insulation which affected our sleep. also the bathroom flush was temperamental. Also the parking lot is not surfaced properly and twisted my ankle as well. The cleanliness was good.

In a lovely setting, the reception is brilliant. The rooms are very tight and very tired. Meeds to improve the environment. Some shared space was not clean. The gym needs a session with wire-wool!
