I loved every part of this hotel. The hospitality was next level and better than 5 star hotels I have stayed at. We chose this in because we didnt have much time to book a cabin, but after this stay, I dont think ill even think about a cabin on our next visit. I enjoyed the freshly baked muffins and coffee every morning. The atmosphere was perfect and really loved how quiet and safe we felt the entire time.

Small and Unique Hotel
Interesting, quirky, fun place. Service was great. The room was clean and comfortable but ours had an odd smell. We were in the last room, #20 and had a problem with the TV. The lady came and did her best to fix it but she never got it going. I don't want to ding them on that because I feel certain they will fix it. The owner offered to come try but it just wasn't that important to us. If TV is important to you, note that they have Roku but no satellite or anything. You would have to use your own account to watch. Sitzmark is well-maintained and they strive to make your stay comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay. Very eclectic hotel, loved the decoration and the furniture. We arrived late (11 pm) so the office was closed. But they did leave our key out so we could get in to our room. It was very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very very comfortable and cozy. Their breakfast consist of wonderful muffins I recommend the cranberry walnut, coffee,tea or hot cocoa Next morning I was able to meet receptionist she was very helpful. We could only stay one night because we were just passing through, but we will definitely go back and stay a couple of days

This is where I always stay when I visit Ruidoso. The owners are wonderful. The employees are always kind and thoughtful. Fresh muffins in the morning. Coffee and tea available. Cookies in the afternoon in the office. It’s close to everything and it is one of the most reasonably priced hotels in the area.
