No hubo limpieza de habitacion en 4 dias. El inodoro estaba manchado igual que la cortina de bano. No cambiaron las toallas. El asecensor estaba danado y estaba en un tercer piso. El desayuno no fue variado e incluso el mismo todos los dias. Las almohadas son terrible de duras y feas, sali a comprar almohada para poder descansar a gusto

Room was extremely dirty. So much so, my family and I did not feel comfortable using the shower. You can definetely tell it is a much older hotel. Customer service was not great. The breakfast and location was nice though.

The staff is great which is why I like staying here but the property is getting very run down. The washer needs to double check all the sheets bc there’s major stains / hair everywhere. There needs to be a deep clean of all the carpets and in the rooms. We found crumbs and dirty ac/windows. Again, the staff is wonderful but the property needs some love and a major deep clean. But it’s cheap and gets the job done.

Property needs to be kept up. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our rooms were. not made up, we had to ask them to make up our room, and they only did it once out of a 4 day stay. Our toilet wouldn't flush! They sent someone up to fix it, and it still wouldn't flush. My daughter had to change her room b/c the fan in her bathroom was leaking water. We will not stay here again.

Pretty dirty, walls and tiles broken. It was super dirty, beds uncomfortable. The ceiling was cracked and looked downright scary. The buttons on the elevators are broken off and looked like we could get shocked. The beds were uncomfortable and i am pretty sure the sheets weren't clean. They cleaned up breakfast early so we couldn't even get that. I would NOT recommend. When checking out the staff was rude and careless. The pool was warm and coffee was decent. Other than that it was overall disappointing. Stay somewhere else

Seems to be a husband and wife running it, no one up front to check you in. Owner and 8 year old son cleaning the rooms. Rooms very dirty, hair all over bathroom tv stand hadn’t been wiped down in months. Very dirty.

Took my wife to Ruidoso for her birthday and felt bad about how bad the hotel was. As soon as we walked into the room there was trash on the floor and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The room smelt of cigarette and there was ashes in the sink. The shower curtains were broken and the towels were so rough.
