Lovely hotel, very grand, very reasonably priced
Good hotel, central location. Would have been very grand in its day. Lovely building, great staff, lovely food. Very reasonably priced too. Room was a sea view. Excellent. Spotlessly clean. Decor a bit tired. The bathroom was tiny. Had to squeeze in past the door which skimmed the wash hand basin when closing it. My wife jammed her hand a couple of times closing the door. Overall though. An excellent stay. Loved it.

Bute Trip
Brilliant for the price. Fantastic old style hotel from a grander age. Great views from our room and from the hotel in general. Easy walk into Rothesay and a great base for exploring Bute.
