Inexpensive motel.. you get what you pay for. Clean, you can tell it's been renovated. Had a hole in the wall by the bed. Light covers not flush with ceiling. Poor renovation

Need more than 1 washer and 1 dryer so there is a backup if one is out of order. Only booked because it had a laundry but after check in I discovered there was no laundry as the one washer is broken.

Property was very clean! For being a no -expensive hotel and very basic. The property and the room was very clean and comfortable beds. There are different dinning options nearby. One restaurant at walking distance. Would stay again here.

The Roswell Inn seemed freshly remodeled. Rooms were clean but almost a little too clean. Room had an overwhelming cleaning chemical scent. Floors are tile and sound bounces around easily, so it can be a little loud. Staff was nice and curteous though.

I arrived early and was told to come back in an hour, which I did. I was checked in at 1:30pm and an automatic charge of $20 was put put on the bill. When I asked about it the reception person told me it was for early check in. If I had know there was a fee I would have looked around town for an hour or so, but I was not told I would be charged. There was no breakfast, just a snack of banana and yogurt and post-mix coffee made from a liquid concentrate. It was not good. The TV has mostly home shopping channels, and it is a 35 minute walk to town. The feeling here is that they are being cheap to save money. The bed was comfortable and the internet was good.

For an older property, it was good. The staff person was friendly and helpful. The room floor was not as clean as were are use to. The rest of the room and bathroom were clean and appropriate.
