The hotel was average for a Hampton Inn. Definitely needs a revamp. Most of the tv’s are dated and did not work. Carpet is very worn. Breakfast was pretty good. However they need a new toaster. Only one side worked and toasters are cheap.

Older hotel needs updating, perhaps some new carpet. Grout in bathroom floor needs a good cleaning. My main objection was older under the window wall A/C heater, very noisy, at times sounded like a plane taking off.

Property was dated but clean. Several restaurants within walking distance.
On the 25th I stayed on the second floor and the room was not as nice or as clean as the third floor where I had stayed before. You could tell the beds had not been changed and for the price I think the beds should have been changed.

A good property in need of a renovation/upkeep. Other than the wallpaper literally peeling from the wall in my room it was otherwise a good property and room. Good breakfast, good internet/tv. Pool was okay (hot tub and sauna don't work). Some TLC needed but otherwise a pleasant place to stay.

a little bit dated but the staff members were all nice. It looked very safe place.
We had an amazing stay. There were a few broken fixture places in the room in bathroom, but it didn't hinder the stay. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He was a lifelong resident of Roswell, and we liked that. We felt completely safe there. We did want our room freshened up the second day and thought it was automatic, but we found out later it wasn't, we didn't follow up on how that works though. It was no big deal. We will definitely stay again.

We asked to have a shuttle to the airport arranged for the next morning. The person at the desk said it was set up. Later in the evening I confirmed with her that out was set because I hadn’t seen her write it down earlier. She assured me it was arranged. The next morning I checked in at the front desk a few minutes prior to the set time. They had no record of our request. That being said, the desk clerk called the shuttle driver who was able to get to the hotel in about 15 minutes.
Kudos to another employee, Nicole, chef and bartender who gave outstanding service and went out of her way to help us.
Room was dirty and sofabed was broken. Restroom was not cleaned, we found trash. We were very upset with our stay requested a crib and got a dirty play pen.
We’ve stayed here twice, will again despite the slight problems. Breakfast very good. Missing the hair dryer from the wall. Some wallpaper starting to peel n bathroom but clean and otherwise well stocked
