First room the ac didnt work the second room they us put in the ac had no knobs then they told us the thermostat was on the wall so it worked. Went to dinner came back and after a few hours of trying to relax someone knocked on my door i said just a minute and someone unlocked my door and tried to open the door luckilyi had the latch closed on the door. I hollered at them and when i got to the door 2 men were standing there saying that my ac was not working i told them it was and dont ever just walk into someones room. Of course i was loud and upset 😡 told them thats how people get shot. I would tell anyone that is thinking of staying here to find some where else. Will never use this hotel again.

First of all there was nothing unique about this place it's not even a hotel shouldn't even have a star the staff was barely nice but not very nice they were not they were there because they had to because they enjoy customer relations with with other people anyway we I had booked a for two days there are sheets were not changed the sink got was stopped up this it's melt dirty like it had not really been cleaned there was no ice everything seemed to be inconvenient very noisy I think and I ended up checking out the day the the day that I was supposed to stay an extra day I checked out before midnight I could not take it anymore and I hope that somebody reads this review and they get their step together because it does have potential oh there was no pool there was no jacuzzi there was no hot tub there was none of those accommodations that are on their advertisement

Room was big. A/c worked and king size bed would have been fine IF i hadnt been bitten by bed bugs over 20 times while I slept. We found 2 of them and killed them after i woke up but will not return. Room was 315 btw and they offered no refund or anything beyond a sorry.

This is an old Baymont that is being renovated. Breakfast was disapointing. Cereal, orange juice, chocolate coverd donuts. Check out tjme is 10 am rather than the normal 11. There was no clock, there was also no cups of any kind in the room even though there was a ice bucket. My key card did not work the secind tIme I tried to access my room so I had to go to the desk to get it fixed. I had reserved 1 queen bed but was given two doubles. The floors in thd room were dirty and there was an indention between thhe room and bathroom. There was also no plug in the tub or sink. I believe the things I had problems with will be fixed once they finish the remodel. I would probably stay again.
