Highly Recommend
I really loved my stay! Staff were friendly, rooms were clean except the restroom. The room they gave me is for people with disabilities which I do not have. The restroom smelled like urine. There's no way I would have showered in that stall. It clearly was set up for someone with a disability as it was a walk in shower which is fine, but the smell. If i was going to stay more than one night I would have asked for another room. I had already settled in before I went into the bathroom that had the door closed. Truly that is my ONLY complaint. I still would highly recommend. The breakfast was really good with lots of options!

I had to change rooms due to the lack of cleanliness and was moved to a room where I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the toilet. I canceled the rest of my stay and changed hotels. Very disappointing

Average hotel. I felt like the reviews made the hotel sound better than it was. Property did seem dated. Carpets were dirty. Breakfast had pretty standard offerings. The room was less than I hoped for. Connected room and we could hear the person next door watching tv. The bathroom had a loud vent fan.

AC needed improvement
Service was good, but the room was hot. It was 80 degrees when we came in and it seemed the AC and thermostat weren't communicating well with eachother. Keep in mind this city had just flooded and there were some utilities and such down.

Our stay was during the flood in Roswell, NM. Manager Bryttini Bitner did an excellent job accommodating visitors while her own home was flooded and family evacuated. Amazing work ethic!

It is obvious that the ownership is not investing funds in the property to keep it in decent shape. They are bleeding the property and it shows. I will probably never stay there again after 20 years.
