Properly was cleaned on the outside, parking was fine. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel. The first room I had was clean the second room they moved me in wasnt as clean and the water didnt get hot, and the bathroom door was difficult to close. The key system was down so the young lady at the front desk had to check in each guest and then personally go and unlock every door, she needed more help.The breakfast was good it had the usual choices, waffles, biscuits, bagels juice milk oatmeal ect. The pool was clean. Overall my stay was good, just wish the water was hot.

After signing check in paperwork, the front desk mentioned their key card machine was down for several hours. I never received keys to my room so I went to another hotel. Guess what? No refund from Expedia or the hotel.
