This is NOT a hotel. It is an apartment style hostel! It is overpriced, cramped, and was a complete misrepresentation. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Great price and stay for the busy area

It is like an apartment building with a receptionist on each floor who buzzes you in. The Filipina ladies are nice. The room is clean. Probably needs new beds considering the heavy traffic for the Vatican all year long. We parked at a paid garage down the street. The room was reasonably priced.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty old small and dark. The staff was not helpful and I wound Never recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were uncomfortable and old and overall disgusting. This ruined my trip.

This is a very nice small hotel, which is about 4-5 min walk from the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As you can imagine there are plenty of places to eat nearby given how close it is to the Vatican. The rooms are very typical size for Europe, so do not expect Marriott size rooms. The rooms are clean and have good A/C. We had a queen and twin, so it was tight, but manageable . The breakfast was typical European continental, no one in our group complained. I recommend it for a 3-4 night stay.

Call when you arrive!

The hotel is safe and clean. Very recent updates. Staff is very helpful. Call when you arrive to the address that your map brings you to b/c the hotel is the 2/3rd floor of a multi-use building, there is no sign and the doors are locked. It took us an hour to figure it out. Once we got there, it was great.

The staff were amazing, went above and beyond every step of the way. This location is perfect for vatican tours and is a 30 min walk to the other popular sites around Rome. Could not be happier with this place. The owner even personally helped us with printing documents and preparing for the second part of our trip.
