Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay but was misleading about laundry facilities, there is no laundry facilities. It’s a laundry service, and only in the am. I really only stayed there to do laundry but lesson learned, call ahead next time

This is my preferred hotel when traveling to Eternal City of Rome every year. Pleasant and comfortable 5 min walk to Termini Station and near to major tourist attractions and many dining options. Highly recommended :)

Clean, convenient to Termini station, walkable as all of Rome is, and the staff were kind. My only issues were the noise due to the proximity to Termini station and that in winter the heat is the only option - and the temperature was set to the lowest of 75F. The unit could be turned off according to the thermostat but it would come back on every fifteen minutes. The next day I learned from the front desk that only they could completely turn off the heating unit. Again, lovely place and friendly staff - I just prefer my conditioned temperature to be 65-68. Oh! The breakfast has a wide selection including rice, lunch meats, pastries, etc.

Good 4 star hotel two minutes walk from Termini

Friendly staff and welcome at check in. Room comfortable had all I needed but not huge. Fine for one person but a bit of a squeeze for two. Excellent housekeeping. Bathroom small but good save for slow draining washbasin. Good breakfast lots of choice friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here one night on our way back home—the room had a great patio, breakfast room service was great and it was convenient to the train station which we needed. The shower/tub was very odd but other than that, a good stay.

Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast and is completely accessible by Uber. The area around it is a little sketchy at night but everything in the hotel is sublime. The chicken restaurant across the street is delicious and good value (fantastic mozzarella sticks). Their is also several souvenir shops.
