The reception staff are very attentive, smiling and helpful all the time. The breakfast croissants are very delicious. The hotel is very spacious and big. There is a pizza shop next to the hotel, very delicious. But the location of the hotel is far from the tourist attractions, about half an hour.

So this place is great if you want a little more modern stay in Rome, but it definitely gives college campus vibes. Tons of meeting rooms and just places to study, and chill. The location is good in that it’s 10-15 mins from all major attractions, but the area surrounding the property is very poor. Not many areas to eat, graffiti everywhere and run down. The pool is closed. I ended up being charged for daily breakfast on check in-but it’s actually free so not sure what happened there. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly. Room was nice, a bit small, but cleaned well daily.

Amazing property and amenities on the premises however it's relatively close to the Roma termini and the parking tracks for the trains. It's noisy due to the constant trains and their brakes but quiet in the rooms. In addition, it is not close to any of the attractions, walking around the area can be challenging including walking with suitcases however the hotel is very nice. The rooftop with a bar and pool and the environment within the hotel is amazing! You don't have to leave if you don't want to and an amazing hotel for a group

This property was SPECTACULAR, a true social hub. It's brand-new and just beautiful, from the general areas to the rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent and so is the customer service. The automated check in and check out is an excellent touch.

I recently stayed at The Social Hub Rome and overall had a good experience with the hotel itself. The building is large, modern, and feels very secure, with stylish interiors and great amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which really added to the positive impression. However, the location is a bit of a downside. While the tram stop is conveniently right in front of the hotel, the wait times are quite long no matter the time of day. Getting to the city center by tram or bus often took close to an hour, which made exploring Rome less convenient than I had hoped. The area outside the hotel also didn’t feel as pleasant or lively compared to more central neighborhoods. That said, if you’re looking for a comfortable, modern place to stay and don’t mind longer transit times to the main attractions, The Social Hub is a solid option

The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant décor, a gorgeous garden patio, and excellent food. The atmosphere is very relaxing and upscale. However, it is a bit far from the city center, which can be inconvenient if you want to explore Rome easily. Another downside is that housekeeping is only done if you specifically request it — even the sheets aren’t changed unless asked, which was unexpected for such an expensive, fancy hotel. Overall, a lovely place, but be prepared for extra effort on transportation and managing room service needs.

Property is new and lovely. Check-in was progressive but inefficient and glitchy. Breakfast was sub par compared to the Florence location although servers were lovely. Room was basic, but excellent with a great bed and good shower. Over all wonderful stay in dorm like accommodation if value priced compared to other options.

Modern decent hotel in Rome. 20 minute walk or so from Rome Termini station. There's good restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets. On the hotel itself, it is modern, clean and has all you need. There's a decent gym, rooftop bar and bar downstairs also. I found the room itself to be pretty decent. The one negative I had with this hotel was the breakfast. Although the food was good the whole breakfast set up seemed like a bit of a "free for all" every morning. Breakfast is meant to (according to the hotel) open at 7am but I found most mornings even by 7.15am staff where still setting up. Several mornings during my stay there was no eggs or bacon out, coffee machines hadn't been turned on, there was no juice and minimal breads. Staff hadn't set the laptop up for guests to sign in for breakfast either. I hate to complain but this was a rush for those of us who needed an early start. For example, on my last day I had a taxi booked for 7.30am. I was hoping for a quick breakfast and then leave but unfortunately as mentioned, no bacon, eggs, juice, coffee etc. Staff also seemed extremely stressed. Perhaps this was all teething problems as the hotel is pretty young. Would it stop me from staying here again, no. Overall I enjoyed my stay despite the above mentioned. It was clean, had a decent room and the amenities are all decent. Hopefully the breakfast issues will be sorted with some time and management.

I was really looking forward to my stay, especially because the hotel advertised a swimming pool, which was a major factor in choosing this property. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the entire duration of my stay, and there was no prior notice or communication about this. It was disappointing, as the pool was a key amenity I expected and planned to use. When I raised the issue, there was little to no acknowledgment or effort to offer compensation. The rest of the stay wasaverage, but the lack of transparency around facilities really affected my experience. Guests should be informed in advance if major amenities are unavailable. I hope the hotel improves communication in the future. Also bear in mind this is more like a campus there are a lot of students that live there. It didn’t bother us but if you are looking to relax you might find it difficult at times due to noise.
