The location is ideal, right in the heart of everything. Rome is an incredibly busy city, and the noise is constant, even in the middle of the night. Despite that, it was a great stay.

So convenient and close to Spanish Steps and the shopping areas around it. It is an ideal location for Rome. Access to my room had three secured doors. The lift was an added and much needed convenience! Alberto and staff were easy to communicate with (through whatsapp).

It was a bit challenging to find but was otherwise an excellent stay! The building felt secure, there was an elevator, the hotel itself was lovely, and the location was so close to the Spanish steps! The staff we met was very helpful and kind! Make sure you have WhatsApp because they messaged a day before to confirm check in time, and I feel like would have been helpful had I had my notifications turned on!

Right in town center. Was able to ride Lime and Dott scooters to get around town. Hotel is near everything you can think of. Food, shopping, historic sites, etc.

Sweet location and clean room!

Our accommodations were perfect because it was located near a lot of POVs, the room comfortable and spacious for our family of 3. The bed was comfortable, A/C great temperature , and bathroom renovated . My only qualm is the thin towels. Cleanliness is important to me and the room looked and smelled clean. We are glad we booked!

Property is in a great location and the owner’s son, Alberto went out of his way to arrange airport shuttle service and recommend 2 authentic roman restaurants that were delicious. We arrived before our check in time and Alberto allowed us to leave our luggage without any worries . Place is clean and safe, would stay again.

This apartment doesn’t have a emergency exit, Not for claustrophobics, Overall places clean inside the apartment the build rooms like hotel But Because walls made from plastic We wake up from every sound someone was taking shower flush toilet tank u can here it like it in your room. I don’t like it because quality sleep is important. The manager didn’t give check in instructions he gave it when he came we was sitting waiting for him Same you don’t give checkout instruction I have to check him and ask what should I do with a key. In first day I actually found out didn’t have an emergency exit because when they try to leave the first floor to go outside, the door was locked and somebody can talk. This is a perfect location if you want to be in the center of everything. There are lots of restaurants around and lots of shopping can be done. I went on a solo trip and felt very safe in this area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and very comfortable! Felt like we were in the heart of Rome- 5 mins from the Trevi Fountain, 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps and the Column of the Immaculate Conception right outside your window! Also Deroma restaurant in walking distance 👌 could eat there for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Was a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
