We absolutely loved the River Palace Hotel and stayed for two nights. Everything was superb. My only complaint was the lack of a true shower in our suite. We had a jacuzzi bath tub with a wand, but no where to fix it on the wall.

Clean and staff very helpful, good breakfast. Walking distance to Piazza Del Popolo and tram outside. The room decor needs a little updating, we only had a small shower but it was always clean. The only thing i missed was a kettle in our room to make hot drinks. They have a bar but no restaurant

This was the perfect location, Bus, train and tram are all writhing 5 min. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff very friendly and professional. They will arrange a car to pick you up and take you to the airport.
