The setting and our room were beautiful. The pools were fabulous and the gratis cocktail hour with a spread of nibbles was a plus. Unfortunately, although the dining room was very pretty, the food was disappointing. Breakfast, however, in another lovely room, was glorious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location near Fiumicino makes it a wonderful last night stop before flying home from Italy. Am recommending it to friends.

I am not sure if we were unlucky but we had a bellboy deliver our bag to our room and we had left some cash in my backpack only to notice the cash missing when it was delivered to our room. This really ruined the beginning of our trip. They left our credit cards and passport alone which was the only saving grace. This may have only been one bad actor but it still tarnished our view of this place

The property was very nice and most of the staff was helpful and kind. The people at reception and scheduling made any request or reservation very difficult. They made what should have been a very nice stay, less than it should or could have been.

This place grounds are beautifully maintained, spa areas are clean and ready to use. Staff members are on top level to deliver great customer services! Very close to the airport and provide shuttle services for minimal fee. Looking forward to be back and relax at the spa.

Great hotel close to the airport (FCO). Stayed with a friend for a weekend relaxation. Massage and facial were excellent and the price was reasonable. Happy Hour was very nice and offered every day of our stay. It is a wellness spa so everyone is wearing hotel provided robes throughout the property. Would definitely stay again.

Beyond our expectations. Spa of wonders is just that. However if you don’t like crowds this isn’t the place for you. Lots of people. Best facial I’ve ever had!
