Wonderful room, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Friendly staff. The building is a bit of a maze with multiple elevators and adjoining buildings, but nothing too bothersome.

I regret not being able to provide a higher rating on service & staff due to one person at the front desk. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 AM. The bell service guys were very helpful. They handled our luggage efficiently, tagged and stored them while we waited for our rooms to be ready. When I approached the first available front desk staff to inquire if any rooms were be available before check-in time, the lady did not even let me speak and rudely indicated that I go to her next available colleague as she appeared to be busy taking doing other things. She did not have a sign indicating her unavailability. She appeared very annoyed that I even approached her. We were not expecting a room to be available in the morning before the formal check-in time. Later in the afternoon, when we returned to complete our check-in, all other front desk positions were unavailable as they were taking care of other guests, but this lady appeared to be available. When I approached her, she once again rudely blew me off. I could not get her name because her hair was covering her name tag on her left shoulder. The next available front desk staff was very kind. She was unaware of my past interaction with her colleague. She appeared to be a trainee staff, as this was indicated in her badge. She was very sweet and checked us in efficiently without problems. Basic customer care is to always be kind to guests, as long as they are also respectful.

Stay was awesome room was amazing hallways were a little noisy as there wasn’t really much carpet to damped the cleaners every mornings in the hallways. It was a bit of a weird up and down hike to get to our room. But besides that the room was nice and clean well appointed and comfy bed!

Definitely not a boring hotel
Intriguing hotel with unique decor - kind of fun!. Excellent service and pleasant to stay at. Staff were delightful. Reasonable for business, perfect for tourism. Perfectly situated near the Giardino Borghese to get away from the Roman heat, walk in the pines of Rome, and congregate with actual Romans. Walking distance to many attractions i.e within 2-3 miles - you can even jog if you go very early to avoid the crowds.

Very modern hotel. We had a large room with a separate living area. It is very clean, the ac worked very well. The location is great only about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. There is a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus a few minutes away. Great hotel for the price. Quick ride from the termi station.

We had a family room for 3 people for 8 nights in late August. Overall great stay. Thanks! - Hotel: looks new, very clean. great service from front desk for the whole eight days, super responsive clean/maintenance staff, good location (still within 20 minutes walking distance to many hot spots but in a very quiet and safe area). lots of good restaurants around, along with a decent in-house restaurant. - Family room: great room size, solid two beds in different rooms (one queen bed and one full size sofa bed), big shower head with great water pressure which is really nice after a long hot day. - Minor suggestions: bigger toilet paper roll, more English TV channels, one or two tables in family room lobby and big bathroom to fully utilize the spacious space. (And expand shower space size if possible)
