Great stay

Very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was really great. Hotel is close to train station which is nice. All of the Rome sites are within 15-30 minutes walking distance so although nothing is right outside the front door, everything was super accessible. Definitely would stay here again or recommend staying here.

You’ll turn into human popsicles! Rude staff!

A truly dreadful experience. No heating—just the icy embrace of freezing temperatures. We turned into human popsicles overnight. When we dared to raise the issue, the receptionist scoffed, “We have 150 clients, and you’re the only ones complaining!” Arrogant, dismissive, and impossible to fact-check. There’s a reason this so-called “luxury” hotel has budget pricing—it delivers budget misery. Avoid at all costs.

Spot of luxury.

A short walk from the central train station makes this hotel a nice bit of luxury when arriving to or leaving from Rome. Comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast.

I stayed here with family and found it to be an impressive facility. Only odd thing was that front desk was in a different building and the hotel rooms were in an adjoining building, so is to get to the room from front entrance was to take 2 separate elevators. The staff was pretty helpful and the best thing about our stay was their breakfast, it was delicious. Moreover the location of this hotel is pretty good, quite area and close (5-7 mins drive) to all the spots.

Not 4 star. The Luxury Suites are in a separate bldg, so no access to reception or the bar unless you go out and down the road. Elissa in the breakfast room was great, professional and cordial. However, during our stay the last 2 days our room was cold. We contacted reception & a porter came & reset the aircon. Didn't work. Another call. Nothing. We sent an email that night & the next morning a staff member arrived with a technician who fiddled with the controls. They left & less than a minute later I checked the aircon & it was not working. I went outside & told the female staff who had accompanied the techician it was not working. She basically shrugged her shoulders and we never saw anyone again. We thought this might have only been our room but later that day we met an Indian couple. We asked them if their room was cold and they replied it was. They said they had given up asking the hotel to fix the problem. So not just us. No one should be forced to wear heavy clothes in their room because the hotel cannot ensure the aircon is working and the room is warm.

Rarely do I leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience!! I arrived several hours before check in due to my flight and had a business meeting to attend to—the staff was so attentive and worked to ensure that I was able to have a room so that I could freshen up and make it to the meeting. The rooms were extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the service was so pleasant. I would absolutely stay again!

Internet was not working and the receptionist at the counter was very rude. They tried fixing it but could not. We asked for another room, but they were reluctant. Finally they changed our room to another building. Here also the internet was not working. After waisting almost two hours, they finally gave us a new password.

For middle of August this place wasn't bad and had AC. We picked it due to its convenience to the train station to either take a train or get to airport via train, 10/10 for accessibility to said train station, we found it an easy walk to and from the hotel. We travelled a lot on foot and didn't find the location to be bad, but maybe for some it wouldn't be as close as they'd like. Overall the room was fine, I enjoyed that we got a balcony. Did not get to try breakfast as we had an early flight.
