Good stay with some major inconvenience

Good stay. Great location. However - Pictures of rooms were a lot bigger than the actual room size. Actual rooms were half that size and there were three of us so no real space. Another massive inconvenience was they wanted the city tax in cash which was a huge pain to get to an atm etc. which wasted a lot of time for me. I spoke to other tourists and their hotels accepted credit cards. So definitely a major put off and inconvenience. Staff was great and courteous. Cleanliness was good.

We arrived and no one was there around 7:00/7:30 for check in and no one was willing to help us. Finally a front desk person came and helped who was kind but we later found out that she charged us for the city tax for our 9 year old and was not supposed to. AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK! Although it was cooler outside it was stuffy and hot on the 4th floor. We did not sleep at all that night. Could not find the WiFi password which we later found posted OUTSIDE the room in a common area. Happy we only stayed here a few hours and left.

Other than location, not recommended. Pictures do not reflect the age & lack of maintenance of property. The power glitched on/off several times the first night and again later. The part time manager simply said "don't worry, u are safe." We didn't feel safe because the lock on the door was shaky at best. No breakfast was included. WiFi was spotty.The premium bedding was non-existent. My wife requested towels to help support her back while she slept. We could hear the family across from us in the "sound proofed" rooms. Lastly, check-in was on the 3rd floor and the elevator broke down the night before we were to leave. My wife and I had to carry 5 bags down three stories of winding stairs. I have asked for a partial refund due to the items referenced. I wish we had not prepaid for the room. Good - coffee was good, location was as advertised

My family and I enjoyed our stay at La Foresteria. It’s in a great location in close proximity to the Trevi Fountain and all other main attractions. Communication was easy with the staff and they were very accommodating. Only thing to note is the parking property amenities is a bit misleading. It was important for us to find a location that included parking as we were travelling with a toddler and had many bags. There is no self parking on site unless that refers to street parking which is impossible to come by. Your only parking options are the public parking garages and you hope that the ones around aren’t full, which they were for us so we had to park quite far. Aside from parking, we had a lovely stay and would come back again.

Property was ok and in a good position The bathroom could do with an upgrade / update - mould in shower and shower head not functioning and needs replacing more water coming out of the top of the rose than the actual rose itself.

Very convenient location and central, literally less than 5 minutes walk to Trevi and tons of dining options. Building was easy to find and had an elevator which was nice since we were on the 4th floor. Room was a bit small considering the price but should be expected for the location.
