Front desk staff were efficient but very off hand especially the two men. They didn’t say please or thank you and gave very curt responses. We asked for pool towels but they only had one and said they would send one to our room. After 45 minutes we went down to ask again and were told they had asked housekeeping. We asked them to send the towel to us at the swimming pool. We left 2 hours later. The towel never turned up.

Terrible experience at the hotel. Booked a shuttle from cruise terminal that had no room for our full group. Half our group Had to take a last minute taxi to hotel which cost us double to get to hotel. We were not compensated AND they tried to charge us for the shuttle on our hotel bill upon checkout. Upon check in- bag was stolen from lobby. Had to ask 3 times for them to check security footage. Again- poor response. Room was adequate but the hotel hosted rooftop party events making sleeping difficult. Air conditioning was poor and due to noise -kept windows closed. Breakfast adequate. Would NOT stay here again.

We stayed here for one night in order to catch an early flight the next day. Pros: airplane shuttle was clean and prompt, the room was clean. Cons: only had one pillow per bed, rough sheets and towels, could hear people in other rooms.

Though this was a stop-over before boarding an international flight, we were pleased with the accommodations and the staff was helpful. The hotel restaurant offered excellent food and service, plus there was a reasonably-priced shuttle bus to and from the fairly nearby airport. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Besides the toilet running constantly and the absence of an electrical outlet in the bathroom, it was a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the canal. Enjoyed a cocktail on the top floor bar area. Surprised to find a rough looking neighborhood within a block of the canal.

Loved the spacious and clean room. Ultra modern. Also appreciated the location next to the seashore with the channel that has fishing trawlers coming in. There is an excellent shuttle service to FCO. Even though it states that the route is from the hotel to Terminal 3, in fact they will drop you off at Terminal 1 if you so desired.

The staff were excellent. The room was good (although a step down from our previous stay 2 years ago). Bathroom and plumbing showing signs of wear and tear. When showering, the water literally flooded the whole bathroom, irrespective of how the shower head was aimed. The toilet seat was crooked and kept coming completely undone.

The shuttle to and from airport was well explained, reliable and prompt. The hotel was in a nice area along the marina/waterway and surrounded by many restaurants. The hotel room was very clean and modern. The hotel grounds were lovely. Pool was not heated and the wind made the rooftop temperature uncomfortably cold. Unfortunately the rooftop bar started to play extremely loud music around 5:00 pm on the Sunday evening. It was so loud our room on the 3rd floor vibrated from the bass. We thought there was a live music event somewhere in the vicinity it was that loud, but when we went to investigate realized it was coming from the hotel rooftop bar. We were told it would stop around 11:00 pm, but in fact it stopped at 9:00 pm. Thank goodness.
