It was very poor experience here..when I checked in and use the washroom water is coming in yellow color later they have fixed it but they should have to check before we check in the room. This property condition looks like under construction also elevator/lift is not safe. It is not expected as per google photos. I would not recommend this one.

This hotel is in a shared building with other hotels and residences. They do a great job at blocking out the outside noise- they have a door between the common area and the rooms that they keep closed and the windows do a great job at blocking out the street noise as much as possible. The bed and the pillows aren’t comfortable and the bedspread is very thin.

The pictures are extremely misleading and inaccurate. It was not the cleanest and was quite small. Staff were kind and helpful. Stayed here for 4 nights which was too long. Could be fine for 1-2 night stay.

Very close to Roma Termni, so walking to hotel was very easy. Restaurants around the hotel were plentiful

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The hotel has a unique setup with a historic iron and wooden elevator and optional marble stairs! We felt very safe and in the perfect location to get to key sites (Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum) We were close to the train station for our day trip to the Amalfi coast. The staff was helpful in giving directions and booking our taxi to the airport.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, attentive! It was a nice little area to walk in, and we found several places close by for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is older, with an old fashioned elevator, which added to its charm. Not too far from things, and one of our party didn’t mind walking to sights, the rest of us called an Uber!

Ac was a great feature. Great location. Walking distance to many major monuments and close to some great restaurants! Close to train station as well. Checkin was very easy and simple. Great front desk staff and hotel staff. Room sizes a bit small. But expected in Rome. Would stay here again

This is a nice, small, typical European hotel. It was clean, plenty of restaurants around. Colosseum is walking distance. For the price Hotel Sonya is a great option.
