Pretty cool place off the beaten path. The workers were nice and gave suggestions and directions when needed. The free breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and it was nice to sleep with the windows open and no bugs flying in.

My stay was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. If you need a taxi just let the person at the front desk and they will call you one. Taxi took maybe at most 4 minutes to arrive. Breakfast was surprisingly very good.

My son and I arrived after traveling almost 24 hours from the US and were told at check in that the hotel did not have any running water and staff was not sure when it would return. Staff was nice and polite, and suggested we go out to see the sites and that the water should be back on upon our return. We returned after 6 hours and the water was still not on. By this time it was early evening, and we had been awake over 24 hours and needed to shower and sleep. Under the circumstances, we found another hotel in Rome (Best Western) that could make a last minute reservation and we took it. Staff did not offer a discount or a refund for the extreme inconvenience.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is awesome. But the shower area in the bathroom is very small. The shower drain is poor. The guests should be compensated in some way or form when there's an inconvenience (ran out of water for almost a full day) even if it's a reason beyond their control.Provide even1 bottled water for free at least, I would suggest.

Staff was lovely! Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Close walk to Vatican City. Street is noisy, but it’s a city, to be expected, but if your room facing street or alley it will be difficult to get a good sleep
