This hotel is very nice the history is amazing. Great breakfast upstairs over looks fountain. Some of the rooms are smaller than ive experienced in Rome in the past, but they were nice enough to get me another room. I have back issues and stepping over luggage was dangerous for me. The staff are amazing. The maintenance man is a bit of work, but all is good. Spent 10 days here. Perfect area for walking. Tons of people in the afternoon though.

We got a front row seat to the Trevi Fountain! Very convenient for food and shopping. For the room it was clean, but the toilet needed flushing 3 times for it to work, and the room was small

Very old property that needs updating. I was afraid to use the plugs for fear of fire. Bedding was dirty and they didnt give us clean towels during our stay. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock. Location is directly in front of Trevi Fountain so that was perfect and you could view it from the upstairs dining room.staff was friendly.

Room overlooking Trevi fountain. Lots of eateries and shopping. Transportation was very easy for everyone knows where Trevi Piazza is for pick up. Had a great time with this location.

The walls are thin our neighbors were not kind about noise. If you decide to stay there be mindful of your neighbors because you can hear through the walls. View was beautiful of the Trevi fountain loved the breakfast, view in the breakfast upstairs was BEAUTIFUL.

The view was incredible, seeing the Trevi Fountain right out the window. Noisy location due to the crowds at the fountain. Rooms were clean but extremely small. Bathroom also was small and had an odor.

I fell in love with the location of this hotel! It’s so cozy and hidden and I loved it. Loved my room with and it was quiet regardless of all the huff and bustle of the area. I can’t wait to return to this location one day. Th staff was so friendly and amazing.

The staff were helpful and very nice. Area around the hotel is very busy, and therefore naturally noisy. The bed was comfortable. The shower curtain didn't go all the way down and so water collected on the floor of the bathroom. Overall,, for me, it was a good place to stay.

Scammers/horrible stay

We booked a triple room and hotels.com defaulted to 1 adult, so when we got to the hotel they charged an extra £100 for an additional person. Why would 1 adult purchase a triple room to sleep up to 3? I am not happy with this overcharge and feel like it’s a SCAM! Love Rome but this hotel said let’s upgrade you. you charged me an extra £100 so it’s not a free upgrade. You put us right on the street so while everyone yelled and screamed all hours of the night it kept me wide awake. I do not recommend this hotel!

We loved the location! You can walk everywhere. We booked a standard double room and got upgraded to a room with a view of the Trevi Fountain. So fun and, surprisingly, not noisy. The linens were good and room decor was cute. Breakfast was pretty good and the room has an amazing view. Staff was nice and helpful everywhere. Not a luxury hotel, but very nice overall, and a great deal for the price.
