The hotel itself was nice, the service and the stuff. We didn’t know about the city tax but we paid it €6 per person per day but that’s something mandatory. The area was so dirty but the restaurants around were nice.

The area doesn’t look very safe. Lots of graffiti however we never felt unsafe. Super close to the train. You can walk to the Colosseum. Plenty of places to eat. Grocery store & convenience stores really close. The hotel is clean. The rooms are a good size. The front desk women were all super friendly & helpful.

Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. Joanna gave us a lot of important informations about the city and things to do. Thank you!!! Hotel is located close to Rome Termini station. It’s not the greatest neighborhood but convenient location. Few good restaurants and pizzerias near by, Open 24/7 little store on the corner. Rooms are in retro style, bathrooms freshly renovated. Overall good for the money. Make sure you have the combination code to the front door and your room if you’re going to check in after 9pm.

The staff was amazing at the hotel. Super helpful and informative. The room was good and clean. The building was also very secure. I’m a more used to 24 hour front desk staff because where I am from. So if you’re going to check in late just make sure to let them know in advance and they will give you the information for the entry. My husband and I were very happy with our stay.

Just ok small hotel near train station. Not a great area. Front desk very helpful and went out of here way to wait for us. Reception closes at 8pm. Americans are not used to that. There is a code for the door but we didn't have it yet.

The hotel was very clean, bathroom seemed recently refurbished, and the reception staff provided great recommendations for the metro, breakfast and other dining options. Overall, a great stay, and of course very convenient access to Termini Station which was our main reason for booking. Be aware that the area itself is very dirty and unwelcoming but it's still an easy walk or metro from the hotel to the main attractions. The nearby San Lorenzo (~200m away) is great for a quiet, less touristy evening meal.

Terrible Time

The air conditioner was not working. We had to sleep with the windows open all night. It was so loud, like we were sleeping on a busy street corner. It was so hot, like a sauna. The hotel refused to offer any amount off of our stay for the inconvenience. Terrible experience. Don’t stay here.

Decent place in proximity of Termini station

I only stayed overnight - I came when it was already dark and left when it was still dark. Convenient location, less than 10min walk from Termini, yet in a quiet street. The room was fine, bathroom in good shape, all clean. No complaints, but my stay wasn't long enough for any deeper insights.
