It is a no trills hotel. However if you are enjoying the sights and sounds of Rome, you just need a place to sleep. The room is warm, so i slept with the window open. I had my wife and kids with me and they put in two cots for my kids. The room card has to be put in this thing where the power comes on which is new to me. Breakfast was ok, it is not free unless you prepay. The serve the same breakfast every morning, eggs, little hotdogs, breads, cold cuts, and yogurts. The staff is nice and there alot of wonderful restaurants and fast food places nearby. There is also alot of gift shops and markets. The train station nearby is convenient. They also message me about a shuttle ride to the airport which i use. I recommend this hotel

Best place to stay in Roma( beside Roma-Termini) you need to walk no more that 30 minutes to the main atraccions in Roma , to go the vatican you need to get there by metro otherwise you dont need spent $$ in transportation. Breakfast included is amazing !! The building ummm is not the best but rooms are clear and so clear and not issues with the base.

The room was ok, other than bad smell and noise from the tram. I was really exited to se the water kettle, came to Disappointment, it was so rusty and dirty. Breakfast was good, not bad for the price.

Good location, just minutes walk from Termini station, comfortable and spacious enough room for family, very clean, large bathroom, simple but tasty breakfast, we had a really pleasant and comfortable overnight stay there.

Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The room is modern and I have nothing negative to say. The hotel is very convenient for transport options and sightseeing - 3 mins walk from Termini and 15-20 mins to Trevi Fountain or Colosseum. Area felt safe and many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was adequate - not many hot food options other than sausages, scrambled and boiled eggs. But many pastries, cakes etc The only negative of this hotel is the lack of coffee/tea sachets in the room and shower full of limescale giving the impression that it’s dirty and easily clogged - we have to wait a few minutes between someone going in/out. Having said that, the bathroom itself is very clean.

Great location for the Termini, surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants. Room was great, bathroom looked renovated, but shower spray kept on sliding down the pole, nothing to keep it in place that worked. And the shower tray needs a mat, was slippery. Stayed in the superior triple room. Breakfast was typical Italian fare, the rolls were not fresh though. If you have a mobility problem, do not stay here, the breakfast area is at basement level, stairs only. On leaving the hotel, the desk person wanted to know if we had used anything from the drinks fridge in the room, we said no, but the fridge was not full when we arrived anyway. He did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay. Stayed here 2 years ago, but will be returning.

La ubicación del hotel es buena. Muy cerca de Termini. El edificio es antiguo pero nos toco una habitación renovada que era amplia y comoda. Muy bien la gente de limpieza no asi los del desayuno. Todos los dias con mala cara y por poco los ultimos 30 minutos te echaban del lugar. Sacaban las cosas de la mesa mientras estabas sentada y reponian todo lentamente. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que habia pagado por una habitación cuadruple y como habia puesto los datos de una sola persona insinuo quien nos hizo el check in que nos deberia cobrar mas pero dijo que no lo haria. Luego yo chequee el precio y habia pagado por 4 personas entonces se quizo aprovechar. Una avivada

Well, we had a problem of stinking smell when we came to the property - may be the vent or plumbing; not sure of the root cause. Nevertheless when we raised the issue with reception, they gave us a room freshener and told that someone will come and have a look. The issue was rectified on the next day - after we had to remind the reception again in the morning. I believe, given the seriousness of the issue, the hotel should have looked into it immediately. Secondly, the rooms are not kept in good condition. They need a bit of repair. Especially the cloakroom. The shower here are without an opaque door! The staff at breakfast was helpful and courteous. The rating given for the staff above is purely for them. Though we found veg options very much limited. Overall, I wasn't happy with the stay.

There was little water pressure like coming in drops, and no hot water for 2 days we stayed there. We reported at least 5 times but no action. We just had to face wash as we had so many bookings for sure seeing.

Great location. Breakfast was really good. Room could have been a little cleaner, specially the bed sheets. Also, no mention of the drinks in fridge being extra upfront until check out. Would have been nice to know cost ahead of time.
