We liked the convenience of the airport shuttle which runs every 15 minutes, it’s about a 7 minute ride to the airport terminal. There are no dining options once you get to the Hilton Garden Inn, but they have a bar and restaurant open until late in the night and a breakfast buffet in the morning, so that was fine for us. The room was clean and modern, bed comfortable.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The restaurant was surprisingly good which is important because there is nothing else around. The free breakfast had a wide variety and was also very good.

I prepaid Orbitz for Hilton Garden Inn ant Rome airport and also paid the local tax at check in, but Hilton Garden Inn at Rome still charged me another $56.05, for no reason provided, after I checked out. My friend went with us, stayed at different room, also was charged $ xxx for no reason provided after check out. My roommate and I did not have breakfast, nor did we have any extra service. So I am shocked to find that I was charged with additional $56.05 after check out. Since I am still out traveling in another country, I don’t have access to free 800 # to call Hilton Garden Inn at Rome airport. I am turning to Orbitz to help us investigate this “illegitimate charge” by Hilton Garden Inn at Rome airport. This illigit charge” didn’t just happen to us, but also to my friend as well.

Amazing breakfast, definitely worth $25 for two Airport shuttle could be tricky to find at the terminal but we asked drivers for other buses and they explained it, there’s a sign but kind of tiny. It was between exit 3 and 4 at terminal

The staff were very kind and helpful, the property was very nice and up to date. The bed was soft, compared to the other 4 hotels we stayed in Italy this trip, the best bed! The market is down the street and amazing dining blocks away and all walkable. The food was plentiful and excellent quality.

Hallways are due for a upgrade carpets in hallways have huge stains and carpet is letting loose at the seams the rooms were clean but old bathrooms need upgrade .matttess was springy and lumpy.
