The property was OK, however it had central heating and it was too high and couldn’t control it, it was a bit suffocating indoors. Poor lighting in our chamber and just one mirror - property disadvantages. The wifi was really bad as well. However, great location, walkable, safe neighborhood and amazing local cafés and restaurants. Near the Metro which is always helpful. A good cost = benefit place.

That room was nice enough, but the communication was very lacking. I tried for several days prior to our stay to communicate with the owner for directions for check-in. When I finally did get them, they didn’t work. The only way we actually got into the building was because a nice couple opened the front door for us. We were then able to finish the directions for check-in.

Nice place if you’re looking for a hostel/BNB experience for one person. The walls are extremely thin so you’ll hear everything from the other tenants and surrounding spaces. I had the unpleasant experience of being here with a very loud group that felt the need to scream karaoke at 3am.

Great location and value.

Good location. The landlady was very friendly and made the instructions on how to enter the building very easy to follow. Spacious rooms and we would highly recommend to anyone.

I liked location near the Roma Termini and Coliseum. A/C was not working properly but it was working good enough to have good temperature in the room. It was a little tricky to contact hotel administration to complete the check in but as soon I was able to talk with them, the process was easy.

It would have been nice to have been welcomed by someone. There is absolutely no one at the property. Except on our way out, a man showed and did not speak English nor Spanish. The little bit we understood by body language is, he was there to collect the keys, the city tax money(which, we wish it was included with the initial purchase) and to assure we were out of the premises at the exact time(no more, no less=0 flexibility). Lastly, the building has a moldy smell. For the first two days, through Expedia platform, we were able to communicate and they were fast to reply.
