We had a wonderful stay! The bed and breakfast is in a great location close to the Colosseum. The bed is huge for European standards and extremely comfortable. There was complimentary water in the lobby and coffee and tea in the room. The staff we encountered were fantastic! They were very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you tho Fabrizio for assisting us with a taxi back to the airport! We would gladly stay here in the future!

Wonderful, convenient, clean, property. Lots of amenities, closed to everything which made it highly walkable. We loved that there was a water dispensor right outside the room. There was also a coffee maker as well as a tea kettle with an assortment of teas. The manager left us a bottle of champagne and drinks in the mini fridge as well. The bathroom was gorgeous marble and so clean! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Great guesthouse

Super clean. Good location. We got a warm welcome by the lady who manages the place. But it is a guesthouse and not a hotel, there is no staff 24/7. Guess we didn’t read the information properly.

Firstly the location is excellent. Stones throw from coliseum and roman forum. Lovely restaurants and bars literally outside the front door. Lovely room and excellent bathroom. Fabrizio couldn’t have been more helpful and Leanne kept house beautifully. Would highly recommend!

Unique experience

This place was right in the heart of old town Rome. Very close to thr Colosseum and Palantine Hill. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. We love the uniqueness of the hotel. The way you check in is easy without even seeing a person. The elevator is unique as well. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The representation on Expedia versus what the hotel actually is are not the same. There is no difference between the Surperior room and a regular room. Do not spend the extra money for the Surperior room. Location is good if you want to be by the Colosseum in the forum, otherwise it’s not the greatest .
