Smoking smell in my non smoking room
I had a good experience my first stay a week before with my daughter including a lovely dinner at the restaurant. However, during this stay. I asked the front desk for flat water and was told they had none but I would find some in my room. There was only sparkling in my fridge. I came back a second time and was told to go to the restaurant and buy a bottle from them. While trying to sleep in my non smoking room, I woke up to smell smoke like someone was literally in my room smoking. I called the front desk and they said to make sure my balcony doors were closed which I did but apparently the doors and or windows must not be very good because smoke from somewhere outside was coming into my room for hours and I couldn’t sleep and got a headache. Very upsetting as I had a very early flight and got almost no sleep

My friend and I stayed at this property on our way back from Sicily to the USA. The shuttle to and from the airport was super easy and convenient! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional!

Great property to stay at when you land in Rome. I used it as a quick stop before heading into the city next day for another/fancier accommodation. Staff is efficient and the shuttle bus is really nice and convenient. Taxi ride is only about 10 mins too. Would stay again!

We stay at this hotel regularly on arrival and departure from Rome. The restaurant is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. We actually find the location okay but it is at the edge of Fiumicino and can be inconvenient for those without a car.

Small 2-story hotel with a restaurant and a pool. Only stayed there one night. The room was smaller than I expected, but still comfortable. Just wish the airport/hotel shuttle were more on time and free, but the drivers were nice.

Quite expensive for quality of facility. While it was 10 minutes to airport with a shuttle, the unreliable elevator almost made me miss the hourly shuttle to the airport. Also the restaurant was very understaffed and food was only fair, but expensive. Clean and quiet though.

We found the Best Western Rome airport to be a small, renovated hotel, but which provides all the basic necessities that we require for one night before flying out of Fiumisimo airport the next day. Our room had the amenities that were advertised, only in a much tighter space.Bathroom was decent, so overall it was a comfortable stay. It would be even better if they provide a small fridge and microwave rather than the mini bar (drinks for sale took up all the space). We walked into town to eat at one of the good seafood restaurants, it was a nice pleasant walk even in the rain. The diner on the premises seems to charge quite a high price. In the morning there were two shuttles to efficiently transport clients to the airport. Overall we're pleased with the well run, professional operation. The BW price tag is certainly more reasonable than the nearby Hilton's.
