Excellent location!

Franco was accommodating to our late check in. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was great having access to our own fridge space. The location was very convenient to the Colosseum as well as the subway to get to Vatican City.

Just a Gem ...

This is such a gem, private and so central, literally 5-6 min walk from Termini train station. Staff was friendly and flexible with check in time. For a place in the middle of a busy city it was quiet as soon as you closed the shutters, so perfect sleep, and when shutters open you really felt the vibrant quality of Rome, close to some of the most famous attractions. Not happy recommending it too much as next time I'm in Rome I'd love for it to be available 😊

Great spot to stay near the train station

Great room and appreciated the extra mile the owner went for our late arrival and departure the next day. Was able to store our luggage in the common room too while we visited the sites in Rome during the day. Only drawback would be its a bit loud by our window for sleeping - busy street level it seems. I would stay here again though! next visit to Rome.

급작스런 숙소 변경

숙소에 6시에 도착했는데, 그제서야 숙소가 바꼇다고 다른 곳으로 배정해버렸습니다. 물론 뒤늦게 확인 해보니 오후 3시쯤에 변경 할거라고 통보(?) 를 받기는 했지만 당황 스러웠네요.
