This hotel provided an exceptional experience. The room was amazing and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Major attractions like the Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican City, and Trevi Fountain were all within a convenient 20-minute walk.

The service and advice given by the young women at the desk was amazing. There’s no doubt that Rome can be daunting but the advice we got from these desk personnel was unfailingly correct and sensible.

An amazing hotel in the middle of the city. Walkable to all attractions and shopping streets. It made us enjoying the experience. Just one thing to notice that the reception is visible from the street. You need to pass 2 halls to see the reception. Also, too small elevator, thus, not recommend if you have big bags.

The room is new and clean. Small and without charm, but very well located. The elevator didn’t work twice during our four-day stay. Even when it was working (we stayed in the annex), we had to climb a flight of stairs to access it. One day, we had an issue and couldn’t access our room. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. It was a truly terrible situation. The other staff members were kind.

We stayed for two nights. They provided complimentary water on the first night, and when the room was made up on our second day, they did not refill any water even though we had consumed the water provided the day before. We found a housekeeper right outside our door and asked for a refill of water and they asked us to use the two small bottles of water from the minibar (which of course will be charged). We left for the day and did not think much and came back around 12am. We realized we did not have any drinking water in the room anymore as we had finished the small waters from the minibar as well. We called reception asking for water and they stated that housekeeping closed at 11pm and the bar was closed as well. I asked whether that meant we couldn’t have any water and they replied yes. I am unsure how this is acceptable that they cant provide us with water (we’d be okay even if they charged us for it, we were that desperate). We have travelled to over 20 countries and stayed at the best hotels and have never faced any crisis for drinking water in the room in all these years.

Fantastic hotel

The stay was amazing, the staff were all very nice and accommodating. It was my friend’s birthday and they left balloons on her bed! The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for sight seeing. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
