This was a nice place, but the 3 night there our sheets were not changed, Expedia said 6 minutes walking from the major site. That was a complete lie, Rome was at least 15 to 20 minutes by car.

The property's staff seemed very uninterested in assisting with basic request. Most of the staff seemed untrained for their positions! I would not recommend this property!

It’s a beautiful hotel, super clean, modern and it has a very nice restaurant. Our interaction with the service staff was great, everyone was very positive and friendly, and they were able to accommodate our lack of speaking Italian quite well. It’s a little outside the city, but in the end, it was well worth it. The breakfast options were excellent, I read some reviews that criticized the breakfast options, but I found them to be very good with plenty of protein options, excellent beverage options, and again great service.

Excellent Hotel!! The view from the balcony is beautiful. Just 20 minutes from the center of Rome. Great places around that you can discover just walking. Clean, the restaurant is awesome. The staff is amazing, they take care of everything single of your needs with a big smile.

This hotel newly opened late December 2024 so has yet to have a full year in the hospitality but do not let that put you off. The staff are really friendly and help in any way they can. The location is in the suburbs of Rome and not in walking distance of the main tourist attractions but these are only a short bus ride away. The location allows for some peace away from the bustling city of Rome with some beautiful views. Our room was amazing, clean with good facilities including a coffee machine! I am sure as this hotel is oniy in its infancy within hospitality provision so likely to get even better. I woukd definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit the beautiful city of Rome.

Excellent hotel let down by closed restaurant

Hotel was top notch. Very clean and staff were superb. Room was superb. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant was closed as we were told, they were having problems. Would have been nice to have been informed via email but then there was a party of people there on the Friday night but only open to them.
