Great Staff and Clean, but needed some help.
The staff was wonderful and all polite. Our room was clean, but the bathtub did not drain and the stopper was broken. The cleaning people had to have known as it was broken and sitting in the tub off of the drain. Treadmill was broken, but the other equipment was clean and working great. The warm food was actually cold. And when my daughter went for breakfast at 8:30 the fridge was empty and all muffins were gone. No one was around for her to tell so she just went without the supplied breakfast.

Our bathroom exhaust fan didnt work. Leftover shampoo left in the bathroom from previous people. No remote for the tv, went to the desk multiple times. Couldnt watch tv 1st night. Next day it took multuple trips from the staff to our room before we actually got a remote that worked. Juice machine was broken and breakfast was terrible. I took 1 bite of food and spit it out, my wife same thing.We had to go up to Waffle House to eat.

The bed was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on In the morning when I went for breakfast they had nothing out You couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Then they charged my card for a extra $2.57 for what I have know idea

The floor heading up the stairs were broken which is very unsafe and our room door key lock was broken , along side that there was no hot water and the tub was filling up with water and wouldn’t drain and it was dirty

This place is ok if you’re just looking to crash somewhere for a day or two! Booked 4 nights while visiting my fiancé who just completed Basic Training! The place was overall a regular hotel! Unfortunately no smart tv so I had to run out and grab a Roku device! The toilet also backed up on me several times! The staff was great though, when I ran into issues! They immediately fixed it! If you have the extra money, then I wouldn’t recommend this place! If you’re just looking for a place until the next morning! It’s perfect!
