Booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. We were told at check in that it was warm. Extremely disappointed to find out it's freezing cold. Jacuzzi was empty. Handicapped room 303 bathroom smells like sewer/urine. Barely warm water for showering. Would not stay here again.

Dissapointed breakfast
The main reason I paid more to stay at this facility was the amazing breakfast selections from past visits. This trip the breakfast wasn't near as good as previous trips, same as any other place. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and gone out an had a good breakfast at a the same price as this hotel stay.

Great first experience
The bed was really comfortable, my room waa clean and staff very nice. I really enjoyed my room as ive nebee seen one like that before. There were plenty of towels ans soap. It was a great first experience staying here.

Very nice hotel. pleasant staff. Great breakfast with lots of choices. I did checkout between 9:15 and 9:30. The person at the front desk was busy cleaning the breakfast area. I told her my room number and was checking out. Received an email around 12:19 asking when I was checking out.

The pool area could have been cleaner. There were bugs on the floor by the windows & spider webs under the chairs. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a joke. No choice of orange juice. they had biscuits & gravy but ran out of biscuits. they also ran out of milk, so no cereal either. Will not stay here again.

The indoor pool was a welcome relaxation after a day of driving. I checked-in online and it was as simple as picking up my key upon arrival. Friendly staff; clean room and comfortable beds! Thank you… we’ll be back on our return trip. But first, breakfast!

Broken AC in our room so we had to sleep with the window open, it was noisy. The hallway reeked of the skunk smoke, our shower and sink in our room didn’t drain well at all. The whole place was outdated and kind of grimy feeling.
