Had 3 rooms assigned and the first 2 were dirty. Had not been cleaned at all. The room I stayed in on the 3rd floor smelt like smoke & drugs. The TV did not work. The accommodations safe, soaps, and breakfast was nice. Employee at the front desk was amazing.

Facility very run down. Chair in our room, upholstery coming apart. Troy was very helpful tracking down a luggage cart. We were there due to a tornao hitting the town. They could only give us a room or 4 days. Had to move to another hotel in town.

Review of the Baymont Hotel.

Room was clean, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. Staff and other guests were helpful during the tornado warning while we hunkered down in the 1st floor hallway till the danger was over.

I stay at this Baymont quit a bit. They did have free bottle water, now you have to pay for it. Continental breakfast went to crap. They did have a nice one. Now hardly anything worth getting. Otherwise, everything else was good, always clean, free cookies at the desk.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and nice staff. I was able to bring my dog. The pool was nice and warm. Beds were nice and clean. Came with dove cucumber, soaps, conditioner, shampoo and lotion. It was a very nice experience!

Everything was good, but I was very disappointed they were not operating the Hot Tub. It was false advertising and had I known it was shut down I would not of stayed there.

I noticed as soon as I walked in that the back door was broken by the stairwell and was zip tied shut with several zip ties attached threw the fire hydrant box . There were homeless people sleeping in the lobby for 2 out of our 3 days there. Ice machines were all broke but one.toilet in the room would constantly run after flushing. Reported to the front desk. Never heard back so I fixed it myself. The heater in the room was either off or set to inferno.the whole place was just run down and junky. Was there with my mother and aunt and both of them felt uncomfortable the whole time. It seemed like the staff lived at the hotel along with all the homeless people.
