Staff was great. Our hair dryer didn't work, they gave us one to use from the front desk and replaced the broken one before we returned that afternoon. The bathroom floor is very slippery when showering. A bigger bath mat or a bathroom fan that sucks better would be great. Overall, great place to stay, we will visit again in a couple of months. Great value for our time there, breakfast was good, and is close to stores and resturants.

Feels like a Motel 6.
When you first walk in it seem the quality just isn’t there. It felt more like a motel 6. Than a Holiday Inn Express. Or a Best Western. And yet the price was about the same. The Rooms seem run down. And you just feel like there not really clean. The sink only had hot water because the cold water valve was shut off under the sink. The desk chair had something on it that looked disgusting. As fare as the Continental Breakfast that was included with the room. It was very underwhelming. Skip it. And go eat somewhere else. You are better off spending your money somewhere else.

The waffles were good. The first office person we spoke to was rude about our 3pm check in time when we arrived at 2:30pn… didn’t seem like to much of a stretch to ask for an early check in when the place was completely empty! Definitely not busy. Everything else was ok… hotel is much older than it appears. The website really makes it look like a new hotel but in reality it was just spruced up a bit. Bathrooms were a bit old fashioned.

Please address room 302 Baymont Inn at St Robert
We had a room that had a very moldy smell. Obviously it has moisture problems, talked to management, they had a/c unit cleaned, this issue was beyond that. Both my wife and I had to purchase allergy medicine to assist with Basel problems from Oder and moisture levels. Thank goodness we only spent nights there for sleep. Would have thought management, maintenance, and our concerns would have offered different room, nope!
