My room was upgraded but it did not come with a balcony. I was kind of disappointed but when I looked around I was impressed. The balcony did not matter. I was upgraded to the family suite! It was really nice. It felt like having 2 suites in 1. This place is right next to graton casino. Their breakfast buffet is amazing.

Beautiful property! Stayed here for a wedding. The room was spotless and quiet. Mini Fridge worked so well that we were able to freeze some ice packs for our cooler. Loved the soaking tub! The breakfast was also lovely. Different items for the two days of our stay. You can't go wrong!

We enjoyed the layout of our room, which was spacious and offered a comfortable king-sized bed. The included breakfast each morning was quite good, and we appreciated that a free coffee service was available even before the official start of breakfast. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink in our room did not drain well, and the lamp on my side of the bed was not working. In my view such things should be tested each time a room is prepared for new guests. The Direct TV service had problems during at least half of our 2-night stay, dropping signal repeatedly. The hotel has potential, but these issues kept our enjoyment to a modest one.

It was a great stay. We were a little disappointed in fully enjoying the spa experience due to the steamer being out of service. But, the breakfast buffet, the suite, and atmosphere overall was on point.

The staff were lovely. The couch arm was ripped and the carpet was the ugliest I have ever seen. On our first morning there, the shower was cold!!! Better than most hotel breakfasts.
