The room was clean. No problem there. Unfortunately, while we were there the place had no water for several hours. The first time it was out for 4 hours. No idea how long for the second time. (We were only there for less than 24 hours.) Noise on 4th floor was negligible, but very loud anywhere near the pool! Barking dog lasted awhile. Wouldn't hurt for staff to greet you with a smile and friendly word. No staff around when leaving (9am). No carts around to take luggage, etc. out when leaving. Finally gave up and made 2 trips to carry things out.

No water

When checking in was informed there was no water in the hotel due to a leak that was being worked on. Was told it would take about 3 hours before water was back on. Took 5 hours from the time of check in. When reaching out to the front desk the clerk was very rude with her response.

Not so great stay

Stayed here because of other excellent ratings. We were pretty disappointed as we needed a good night sleep after a 14 hr drive. Check-in was good, room was not clean (dirty floors, hair on duvet insert that was not mine, rusty water when taps turned on). Bed was like a rock, pillows were couch, not bed size. Floors were so thin that our upstairs neighbor woke us up at 5:45am just by walking around, doing normal activity.

Front desk staff was nice and got us checked in quickly. They answered our questions about getting food in the area and were quick to let us know the water was out in the building when we first arrived as well as the progress on getting it back. There was a crack in the bathroom door in our room but it was still functional. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast and the price was good overall.

I original check-in was 3:00 our room's werent finished getting cleaned until 5:00 and they still wanted a deposit Everything was okay up until we wanted to go to the pool area it was painters in the building so we called the front desk to ask is the pool open they said yes and by the time we got downstairs it said temporarily closed so my husband went to the front desk and asked them was this suppose to be here and they said yes they just put it there and it's black history month

Hidden gem 10/10

If you’re willing to stray a few miles off I95, you will find this to be an excellent hotel. Looks like it is new, and they have suites if needed. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi, the front staff are all helpful and Mae, the lady in the breakfast area is the best.
