I could not believe there weren’t any towels at the pool, especially seeing you had to walk outside to get to the pool building!! Another pool user said you had to get them at the front desk but their was no sign there or at the front desk telling you that. The walk to the pool wasn’t good if you if tou have mobility issues. There were several sets of stairs one without a railing. We had asked for a first floor room as we have trouble with stairs and there’s no elevator. The front desk clerk asked if the small step up into our room was ok but never mentioned all the steps to the pool. We were also disappointed because the continental breakfast didn’t have any milk or cold cereal. That’s the first continental breakfast I’ve seen that didn’t have that. The room was nice and clean at least.

Just way too expensive for motel rooms that open directly to the outside. Would be a good deal at $60 or $70 a night, but $150 is a bit steep, esp with no room service.

Everything was good, big and clean room, helpful staff, helped us out with an early check in! That was great, just removed a star because the breakfast offered was not good. It was basically packaged muffins, some bagels, and yogurt. That’s very sub par for the price we paid for the hotel, but other than that no complaints.

This hotel is probably the nicest hotel we stayed at in a long time. You will not find a better hotel and definitely not at this price point. I do wish it had a hot tub but the pool is very nice
