The property was very clean and close to all I needed, wish there were some plate, forks, glasses, etc. as the room had a kitchen.

Property was clean staff was kind! Had to purchase toothpaste, faster wifi, and had to ask to use a hair blow dryer. Room didn’t provide shampoo/conditioner and came with limited towels. Room service does not offer cleanings each day and does not replenish towels unless requested. Also $75 damage fees hold on account until checkout was inconvenient.

Booked a suite and there were limited supplies as far as towels, soap, shampoo. There were pots and pans to use on the stove. It wasn’t a bad stay but it wasn’t a great stay as well. Would go back but definitely not book a suite.

Hotel was great and clean; however, the beds are TERRIBLE. Very uncomfortable, and the metal frames were so loud. Staff was nice, everything else was clean and convenient, but the beds were the worst.

Room was so horrible smelling and was so noisy people stomping around everywhere. I left hotel after first night to get away from the noise and smell . When I came back the next day it was all over again. I said forget it and checked out. People hanging out all around back entrance , staff didn’t speak English it was just awful and for the place being brand new should have not had that smell. My belongings and bag smelled so awful when I got home.
